Website requests and security
When you visit, our hosting provider Vercel processes technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to deliver pages, protect the service and diagnose errors. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable public website. We do not use this release for advertising profiling or optional analytics.
Tools and correspondence
Parcel calculators and the preparation checklist run in the current browser page. They do not require names, addresses, shipment references, accounts or payment details and do not send tool inputs to a courier or our database. If you contact us, we process the information you choose to provide to answer your enquiry, correct content or handle your request, relying on our legitimate interests or a legal obligation where applicable. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
No booking or launch-email collection
Booking, customer registration and payments are disabled. Launch-notification signup is also disabled: the public site does not collect email addresses for that list. We will update this notice and verify consent, delivery and retention arrangements before enabling notifications. Contacting support does not opt you into marketing.
Providers and international processing
Vercel hosts this site and may process requests through its international infrastructure and subprocessors. We do not sell personal information or share it with couriers for booking in this release. Information may be disclosed where legally required. Retention and protection

Hosting request records are subject to the provider’s operational and security retention. We do not create customer shipment records or retain calculator inputs.
