Existing shipments
If your shipment was booked elsewhere, contact the seller, booking provider or courier using its official process. SelectaParcel cannot access another provider’s shipment or issue its refunds. Our tracking page links to official carrier websites.
Booking and accounts
Online booking, checkout, label purchasing and customer accounts are not available on this information release. No payment details are collected. A direct link to an old booking page returns an unavailable response.
Tools and accessibility
The calculators work in your browser, with no addresses or carrier connection. If you encounter a barrier, see our accessibility information and contact arrangements. Important results and validation messages are available to keyboard and screen-reader users.
