Read the order before packing
WooCommerce’s order-management documentation describes order information and statuses. Your store’s plugins and configuration may change the workflow. Establish which status means payment review, which means packing and which means physical dispatch; do not assume a label plugin settles all three.
Keep product and parcel data separate
A product weight or shipping class can help organise orders, but it is not a measurement of the final parcel. Record outside dimensions and packed weight after choosing protection. Recheck the record when changing cartons or combining products.
Review manual exceptions
Write down who can correct an address, cancel an unshipped order or handle a split shipment. Keep a clear audit trail rather than silently changing order details after dispatch. Limit access to customer addresses to the people who need it.
Reconcile before marking complete
Check parcel count, label-to-box matching and handover evidence. If tracking is added by another plugin, test that it refers to the actual parcel and does not expose another customer’s information. SelectaParcel has no live WooCommerce connector or order import.
A compact dispatch check
Use the order record and physical parcel together. The following is a suggested manual check; it does not depend on an installed SelectaParcel integration.

A changed packing method
A merchant changes from a padded bag to a carton for the same product. The catalogue weight has not changed, but the outside dimensions and packed weight have. Recheck both rather than treating the saved shipping class as a parcel measurement.

Is an integration available now?
No. These are operational resources. Store connections, order import and label purchasing are future functionality, not active services.
Does a generated label mean the customer order has shipped?
Not by itself. Confirm physical handover and follow the actual platform’s fulfilment process. Keep the order reference, piece labels and handover evidence linked so that a later query can be answered without guessing.
